    The Base

    The Base Ski and Snowboard Centre offers a range of ski and snowboard equipment for rent, including skis, snowboards, boots, poles, and helmets. We are centrally located in the Town Centre of Jindabyne. During the winter months we are open extended hours to allow easy pickup and dropoff of rental equipment.

    For 2023 both Thredbo and Perisher have now announced that ALL tickets must be prebooked and purchased direct for the day you wish to ski. We are unable to assist in the purchase of tickets. In line with this this year we will be operating on a booking system for all ski hire to assist in maintaining social distancing.

    It is recommended to email us on info@thebaseskihire.com.au or give us a call on 02 6456 2777 to organise a time for your hire.

    In Summary we still offer:

    • Great value on ski hire, snowboard hire and clothing hire
    • Fantastic Service in the Snowy Mountains, close to both Perisher and Thredbo
